You do! As long as you are with TSE, you retain ownership of all your clients and candidates.
What obligations must be met while I am a Career Broker at TSE™?

Who sets the fees and guarantees?

Why is there such an extensive screening process to join TSE?

Is there a minimum level of production that must be met each month?
No. However, if there is a consistent pattern of low billings we will see how we can get you back on track.
Do I have to sign a non-compete agreement and Licensing Agreement?
Absolutely. It is necessary to protect ALL of the Career Brokers™ in the system. That is why we are licensing and professionalizing the Staffing Industry.
